The Ferrari Simulation Centre in Rome is the place every Scuderia Ferrari (or f1 fan for that matter) should be heading to ‘When in Rome’. With this weeken’s ialian Grand Prix down in Monza, no doubt the simulator will be fully booked throughout.
You can choose to race against the time in the Time Trial experience, directly in the race in Quick Race mode, against friends or against artificial intelligence, or with the Virtual GP starting from free practice, enter the race with qualifications and finally compete.
Although costing between £20-£25 for 3 minutes of briefing and 7 minutes track time is not cheap, no doubt it will be far more exciting than the experience you would get at home play F1 on your PlayStation (to be fair F1 2018 is actually pretty amazing). If driving isn’t your thing, just looking around the shops and add some of the older F1 cars on display is well worth popping in.
