In this exclusive film, watch as Williams Martini Racing’s Felipe Massa experiences the Jaguar C-X75 from Spectre. To celebrate the Americas movie premiere of the latest James Bond film, the Formula One driver takes Jaguar’s incredible concept car to the track ahead of the Mexico Grand Prix 2015 in Mexico City. Developed and launched in just 18 months, this extraordinary car has CO2 emissions of less than 99g/km, while being able to achieve in excess of 200mph. It can also drive for 50km on electric drive alone, yet can sprint from standstill to 60mph in less than 3 seconds.
Williams Advanced Engineering’s expertise was applied across aerodynamics, carbon composite manufacture and hybrid technologies.
The C-X75 will soon be seen on the silver screen: Williams Advanced Engineering partnered once again with Jaguar to build new stunt C-X75’s for the 24th James Bond film, SPECTRE.
It’s a shame Jaguar don’t come back to F1. Despite not having the best of results, that green livery was beautiful.
